Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund – you won't need to return the item.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to applicable law.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund after it has been processed.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, request a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you'd like.
