Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to return the item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some pet products may not be returnable once opened or used, where permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, request a return and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a little more time to post the refund.
